Market Update – IKEA Agreement

VMob Group Ltd (VML) announced to the market on 2 July 2015 that it had entered into a commercial agreement with IKEA, the world’s largest furniture retailer with 370 stores in 47 countries. VML would like to provide further information to the market with respect to this agreement.

IKEA will utilise VML’s platform on a software-as-a-service basis initially across 5 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.

Whilst the terms of the agreement are confidential, VML confirms that recurring revenues will be earned from the provision of the platform and data analytical services.

The cloud-based platform will be provisioned initially for an eight-month term. As the platform is highly scalable there is potential for the platform to be rolled out to further countries where IKEA operates and the term extended.
