Please see attached Initial Disclosure Notices for three executives of Plexure Group Limited (“PX1”).

On 19 November 2021, the Company reviewed the interpretation of ‘senior manager’ in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMCA). The conclusion of this review is that all executives reporting to the CEO should be bound by this interpretation. Consequently, three executives that have relevant interests in PX1 financial products have released Initial Disclosure Notices today.
