Big Data is (potentially!) Big Business
Data: everyone’s got some of it, almost everyone could use more of it, and almost nobody has realized its full potential yet. Big Data continues to be a big focus for big businesses: IDG found 75% of enterprises have already deployed or plan to deploy big data projects, and that even SMBs are planning to increase their spending on data-driven initiatives. We also know that savvy retailers are collecting an ever-expanding set of customer data to fuel their CX efforts, so here’s the big question: what’s everyone else doing?
