Plexure welcomes new Customer Success Director

Russell Harwood has been appointed as Plexure’s Customer Success Director, based out of the Auckland - NZ, headquarters.

With an extensive background in customer engagement, data monetization and commercial strategy, Russell worked for Vodafone for over 18 years across three markets – Germany, Turkey and New Zealand. The most recent role was Head of Customer Base Marketing for Vodafone New Zealand, developing and executing customer base marketing strategy to grow deeper customer engagement and intimacy to develop long term customer value growth.

He left Vodafone in March 2019, and has been consulting to various businesses, focusing on their customer engagement and data strategies.

Plexure Chief Executive Officer, Craig Herbison, says, “Russell is exceptionally strong in customer engagement strategy which will add significant value to unlocking more life time value for our customers as we begin to shift the focus from a being a platform provider to a data company.
