Anheuser Busch is the world’s largest brewer, holding 25% of the brewed beverage market globally and 47.6% of the market in the United States. The company is headquartered in Leuven, Belgium with subsidiary offices around the world. Its brands include international labels such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, Beck's, Hoegaarden and Leffe plus many local labels, making up a portfolio of over 200 different brands.

The terms of the agreement are confidential and cannot be shared at this time.
