Live from the heart of London at the Intercontinental O2, Retail Week started Wednesday, boasting more than 1200 attendees and 150 speakers from across the industry. The best and brightest in retail join together for this annual conference to explore new opportunities and discuss better business strategies for the future. We’ve been on hand listening to inspiring speakers and meeting attendees interested in the Plexure platform. Hearing from Tesco, Virgin Atlantic and Facebook, we learned that consistency of product, experience (mainly, the speed at which customers can shop) and price/value are ever the more critical in this competitive retail landscape. Craig Keeger, CEO of Virgin Atlantic, reinforced the increasing importance of personalization both in and outside of the airplane.
