VMob Group Limited Placement (NZAX: VML) 

On 8 September 2015 VMob Group Limited (VMob) announced that it intended to negotiate with interested parties to raise up to NZ$5 million by way of private placements of ordinary shares priced at NZ$0.34 per share, with a view to raising new capital to be applied towards supporting VMob’s US growth strategy. 

Following a further announcement by VMob on 17 September 2015, VMob is pleased to advise that after the close of business on 21 October 2015 it has successfully completed an initial private placement of 5,480,060 ordinary shares at NZ$0.034 per share, raising approximately NZ$1.86 million. A mixture of high net worth individuals, institutions and certain VMob directors supported the capital raising.

Having already raised $1.86 million the board wish to allocate shares to those shareholders who have already committed to the offer and have their funds currently with our share registry, Computershare. In the meantime the board are continuing discussions with other high net worth individuals and institutions.

Settlement will occur on 23 October 2015 with allotment of shares taking place on 27 October 2015.
