VMOB APPOINTS STEPHEN DAVIES AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

VMob Group Limited (VMob) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Davies to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Stephen will commence his role early in the New Year, with Steve Allan, current Chief Financial Officer, leaving the business at the end of this year.

Stephen brings experience of managing the financial aspects of companies with ambitious growth plans or those facing strategic challenges. He has held senior executive positions in a number of New Zealand based organisations, including CFO of privately owned Metroglasstech and Cottonsoft. Prior to this, Stephen held various senior financial roles, including Group Financial Controller and financial projects executive, with Rank Group over a six-year period. 

Stephen was educated in Glasgow, holds an MA in Economics & Accounting from Edinburgh University, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
