Details of transactions and events giving rise to ceasing of substantial holding
Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 7 May 2015 VML consolidated the ordinary shares on issue on the basis of 1 new ordinary share for 25 old ordinary shares. Following this consolidation there were 58,736,421 ordinary shares on issue.

On 28 May 2015 VML issued 6,750,000 ordinary shares in VML at a price of NZ$0.40 per share.

On 29 June 2015 VML issued 1,008,028 ordinary shares in VML at a price of NZ$0.374 per share as part of a Share Purchase Plan. Philip Norman subscribed for 40,107 ordinary shares for NZ$15,000.

The holder’s percentage shareholding in the issuer has reduced following an increase in the total number of ordinary shares on issue as a result of the May 2015 private placement and June 2015 Share Purchase Plan.
