PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF ORDINARY SHARES

As previously announced at the Company’s Annual Meeting on 11 August 2015, VMob Group Limited (VMob) confirms that it is about to undertake a series of presentations in support of a private placement to raise up to NZ$5.0 million through the issue of up to 14,705,882 ordinary shares at an issue price of NZ$0.34 per share (A$0.307).

The placement will be undertaken in accordance with NZAX Listing Rule 7.3.5 and be made to wholesale investors in New Zealand and sophisticated investors in Australia. The offer closes on 28th September 2015.

The capital raised will be used to fund the continued expansion and growth of the business in offshore markets, particularly the United States.
